大大你必需弄清楚一點 不管今天是他來撞你還是你去撞他 就是你們雙方都有肇事責任 並沒有說誰要負責誰全部損壞的部份 而是照肇事責任比下去劃分的 除非今天對方是從後面追撞你的車 肇責就全部是在後方那台車了XD 但是人沒事小弟就覺得是不幸中的大幸了XD | ||||||||||||||||||||||

這是一般處理車禍肇事的盲點,當然交通裁決所幾乎是這種論點,只是針對開版的敘述與法律的論點.開版大本就依循交通規則行駛.這是無過失責,保險公司謂:三與七比例肇事責任劃分基礎何來?這只是談判的技巧,只是不知對方誠意如何?與金額大小?當然只為爭一口氣贏面頗大.

That corroborates what Griffey told us earlier, so it isn't a surprise. Wakamatsu says it was his choice to send .140-hitting Rob Johnson to the plate with two on and two out. "I know that the gist of the article was that he wasn't available to pinch hit,'' Wakamatsu said. "He was available to pinch-hit and I chose not to.'' Johnson struck out to end the inning. The thing that Griffey did not tell us today was whether he was asleep in the clubhouse at any point before that. And Wakamatsu could not shed light on the situation. "I don't know,'' he said. "That's something you've got to ask him.'' Already did. So, what we've got here is a circle going 'round and 'round. Because if Griffey was sleeping in the clubhouse before the eighth inning, that could have impacted the manager's decision to go with a .140 hitter with the game on the line. Wakamatsu clearly says he was not aware of Griffey being asleep, so essentially he is saying it did not impact his pinch-hitting decision. So, why then, would two players tell the TNT that Griffey was asleep in the clubhouse and that's why he wasn't used? I put this question to Wakamatsu to see whether he had any idea. His answer was interesting. Moments earlier, he'd said: "There are distractions that come up during the course of the year and we have to deal with those. We have to stay together as a club and move on.'' I'd assumed he was just talking about this whole episode being the distraction. But then, in response to my question of why two players would fabricate a story about Griffey sleeping, if there wasn't some truth to it, he again repeated: "Again, as I mentioned earlier, there are distractions that we're trying to deal with,'' he said. "What we're trying to focus on now is that we won a game on Sunday.'' So, I don't know what to think anymore. Griffey is in the lineup tonight, batting seventh. Casey Kotchman gets a night off because of the weather primarily. He's still a little sore after being hit on the foot by a pitch the other day. Jack Wilson is still a little sore and the team will re-evaluate what to do with him after the game. He got hurt six days ago and if he's going to miss much more time, he should probabky go on the DL so the team can call another infielder up. | |||

十年前說要關稅逐漸調降,以為進口車會愈來愈便宜.....結果...
但我也認為這次Cayenne的報價是正確的.回歸車子的本質,捨棄車主不須強迫的購買而有主觀的選擇也是不錯滴~🙂
